Note: I do not currently have openings for ongoing therapy, but maintain short-term space for parents, families and individuals seeking guidance/understanding around gender identity and/or neurodivergence, adult autism/ADHD assessments, hormone/surgery letters, as well as several groups for these communities.

My Approach
Lisa's approach is compassionate, gender-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based. She is trained in Internal Family Systems and sandtray therapy and uses these lenses, premised on the belief that we all have the capacity within to heal.
About Me
Lisa passionately believes that individuals and families can grow, and evolve in the face of challenges.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys gardening, reading and traveling.
Getting Help
Therapy does not have to be a life-long endeavor. Lisa believes that treatment and healing can be accomplished in a time-limited approach. There are many options depending most importantly on what you want help with to improve your life.

Sometimes we know something is going on in our families, or in ourselves, but don't know how to take the next step. Lisa helps many individuals and families brainstorm the right path, even if she is not able to take them on as a full-time client.

This might mean helping you determine next steps, connecting you to supports, resources and possibly other clinicians that can provide the specialized treatment you may be seeking.
